Mental training your team will actually use — 3 minutes per practice.
Victory starts in the head — and at practice. THE SPARK turns that idea into three simple tools your players use on the field — no theory, no prep.
You run it all yourself. No outside help needed. 👊
What THE SPARK builds in your players
⚡ More engagement at practice — they train with intention, not on autopilot.
🎯 Sharper, steadier focus — fewer distractions, more consistent concentration in every session.
🧠 Better composure under pressure — they learn to refocus at practice and carry that calm into match situations.
1️⃣ Framework (Routine) → activate the mind. When: start of session.
2️⃣ Direction (Declaration) → clarify intention. When: during practice / game.
3️⃣ Foundation (Breathing) → regain calm and focus. When: before or during competition.
Running a training camp with multiple sessions per day?
Compress The Spark into one week.
📅 Day 1
4-7-8 Breathing → the foundational tool your players use right away.
📅 Day 2
Pre-practice routine (3 min) → they install it before every training session.
📅 Day 3
Personal mental declaration → short, positive phrase unique to each player.
📅 Day 4-5
Pressure management technique → master stress during competition.
📅 Day 6-7
Full integration → routine + declaration + breathing before the camp's last match.
✅ Result: your players leave camp with a solid mental routine, sharp focus, and real engagement.
🗓️ 4 Week Implementation Schedule 👇
🎯 Objective: build awareness that the mind trains like a muscle.
Instruction to players: focus only on the feeling of your feet on the ground. Every time your mind wanders, bring it back and count 1 rep.
Quick debrief: Was it easy? · How many reps? · Why does the mind influence performance?
✅ 30 sec → breathe calmly
✅ 30 sec → think about your session goal
✅ 30 sec → engage mentally
💬 Coach’s message: “Victories start at practice.” A routine gets players to the right level of mental activation, fast.
Build a personal mental phrase: I + ACTION + MENTAL STATE.
Examples: "I dribble smooth and calm.” · “I defend aggressive and focused.”
Rules: short · positive · no negations. It simplifies thinking and builds confidence.
Breathing technique → Inhale 4s · Hold 7s · Exhale 8s. Repeat 4 cycles.
Effects: lowers stress · sharpens focus · helps recenter.
Before practice (1 min): breathing + performance declaration.
During practice: coach’s cue — “What’s your intention?” / “Back to your phrase.”
Pregame (team routine): (1) breathing (2) mental phrase (3) collective engagement.
The mind develops through repetition.
Tools must stay short and simple.
Use them in practice.
Remind players regularly.
Start by clearly understanding the program you’ll be introducing to your team.
In just a few minutes, your athletes test their focus, set up a pre-training routine, and discover a simple breathing technique (4-7-8).
Access the program 👉 https://leflow.gumroad.com/l/spark
Free · works on any phone · no download.
Once you’ve shared the program, let your players go through it individually.
Then integrate the 3 key tools into your training sessions: routine, performance statement, and breathing.
Consistency does the rest — it’s what turns tools into automatic habits.
A team that trains its mind wins games that others lose.
